Raw mango instant pickle

This pickle you can not store for many days but be made very quickly and equally tasty. Lets look for the recipe.

Ingredients:

  • 250 gms raw mango
  • 100 gms jaggery
  • a pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp fennel seeds, kalonji, cummin seeds
  • 1 tsp of cooking oil

Method:

Cut mangoes in small pieces. Take oil in a pan. When get heated put all the spices and other ingredients except jaggery. Add bowl of water. Cover a pan on low flam. After five minutes mango will be cooked, now add jaggery and mix well. All the water will be absorbed by jaggery. When jaggery get melted and get mixed with mango. Pickle is ready to eat as a side of any meal. This pickle is very healthy, tasty and quick to make. Add more taste to any meal. Can be eaten with any Indian bread.
