Ingredients:
- 2-3 ripe bananas
- 1/2 cup wheat flour and rice flour each
- cardamom powder a pinch
- one tbsp grated coconut
- desi ghee/oil
- 1 tsp baking powder
- milk as per consistency
- 1/2 bowl jaggery powder
Preparation:
First of all mash all bananas and mix all ingredients except ghee/oil and milk. Make a batter with the help of milk as pancakes.

Now take a pan and start making pancakes. These pancakes will get ready at low flame as Jagger can be sticked at pan.
