Eggless banana pancakes

These are the pancakes for those who cn not eat pancakes because of eggs. Lets look out the recipe.

Ingredients:

  • 2-3 ripe bananas
  • 1/2 cup wheat flour and rice flour each
  • cardamom powder a pinch
  • one tbsp grated coconut
  • desi ghee/oil
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • milk as per consistency
  • 1/2 bowl jaggery powder

Preparation:

First of all mash all bananas and mix all ingredients except ghee/oil and milk. Make a batter with the help of milk as pancakes.

Now take a pan and start making pancakes. These pancakes will get ready at low flame as Jagger can be sticked at pan.

These healthy yummy pancakes are ready to serve.
