Hey, missing restaurant style crispy corn during lockdown. Don’t worry here’s the full recipe of crispy corn.
Ingredients:
- 100 gms sweet corn
- one small onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 small spoon of vinegar, soy sauce, red chilli sauce
- salt n pepper
- oil to fry
- 3-4 tbsp corn flour
Method:
Boil sweet corns and strain it. Spread corn starch and little salt over it. Mix well. Leave it to dry for 10-15 mins. Take one tsp of oil in a pan and saute chopped garlic and onion.


Meantime fry corn flour covered corns until crisp. Now add other ingredients into pan. Now mix fried crispy corn into it and mix well. Yummy crispy corn us ready to serve.
