Neer Dosa is Manglorian dish which is very healthy and quick to make.
Ingredients:
- one cup of rice flour/one cup of soaked, blended rice
- one tbsp coconut paste
- salt
- oil/ghee
Mix all the ingredients except oil in a bowl. Pour a glass of water and mix. The batter will be flowing consistency.

Now put a pan on the high flame for one minute and pour a small bowl of batter.

Cover it for one minute. Now apply some oil and flip to other side for 10 seconds and its ready to serve. It can be eaten with coconut chutney or any sauce of your choice. Stay safe.
