This butter naan is something different. Because It dies not require tandoor. It is prepared on gas stove and taste is same as tandoori naan. Let’s prepare butter naan.
Ingredients:
. Two cups refined flour
. 1/2 tsp salt
. 2 tsp sugar
. 1/2 tsp baking powder
. 2 tbsp curd
. milk to prepare dough
. 2 tbsp oil
. butter
First mix all the ingredients and make a dough with the help of milk. No water is required. Dough is to be binded very well.
Let the dough rest for half an hour. Now make balls.

Take any pan which is not a non stick kind. It can be stainless steel or iron.
Take a ball and roll with the help of rolling pin. Apply butter at one side and butter side is to be dipped in dry refined flour. Roll it as shown in the picture.


Now roll again and the side which is underneath, apply water on that side and now put it over heated pan. After sometime reverse the pan on the stove as shown and cook this side also.

Take it out from the pan. Apply butter on naan and here it is. Ready to serve. I serve it with whole green moong pulse(daal).
