Paneer(cottage cheese) ka paratha

This healthy nutritive recipe is very tasty and loved by all. This is also a good food for our kids tiffin. It’s hassle free recipe and not time consuming also.

Ingredients:

for stuffing
. 25 gm paneer
. half finely chopped onion
. coriander leaves(finely chopped)
. one green chilli
. 1/2 tsp grated ginger
. salt as per tast
. 1/2 tsp cummin and carrom seeds

for dough
. knead wheat flour and make a dough as normal paratha and desi ghee/oil

Method:

First grate all the paneer. Now mix all the above ingredients into a bowl and mix thoroughly.

Now take a ball of dough and make a bowl/ katori type shape of at and fill the stuffing and fold it properly. Flatten this with rolling pin like paratha and roast it on pan with applying desi ghee or any oil of your choice on both sides. Paratha roasted in desi ghee tastes more yummy. Serve hit it with home made aam ka achaar or wrap it for kids tiffin.
