
In this scorching heat of India only this kind if shake is needed when you need taste as well as health. It is loaded with beta carotene, vit c, vit b1, b2, calcium.
Ingredients:
Only bel and water. Sugar is totally optional.
Method:
First of all break the bel fruit into smaller pieces and dip in the water as shown in the picture and leave it for 4-5 hours.

Now it will get soft. Scrumble it with hands in that water only. This shake is only handwork. Then sieve it with the help of strainer.

Now you can add some sugar if you want but bel is naturally sweet. Put some ice cubes and the refreshing drink is ready. Enjoy the sharbat and improve the immunity. Stay safe.
