Another recipe for our kids when they are locked and getting hungry again and again.
Ingredients:
- Three medium sized potatoes
- One onion
- 2 1/2 tbsp corn starch
- salt, pepper, red chilli powder
- one tsp of vinegar, red chili sauce, tomato ketchup
- two cloves garlic
- oil for frying
- one tsp ginger garlic paste
Preparation:
First cut all the potatoes and mix 2 tbsp of corn starch and little salt.

Now deep fry these fingers until golden brown.


Now prepare gravy. Put one tbsp oil in a pan and add chopped garlic saute it. Then add giner garlic paste. Add chopped onion saute it. Mix remaining corn starch in half bowl water nad add into the pan.

add remaining ingredients and boil for 2 mins. Now add fried potato fingers and saute for 2 mins.

Yummy Chili Potato is ready to serve.

P.s. if capsicum is available you can add it too when saute the onion.
