Today I am sharing again yummy, tasty sunday brunch. ….. bread pakoras
Ingredients:
. four slices of bread
. 2 potatoes for stuffing of potatoes
. one small bowl of gram flour (besan)
. salt, red chilli powder, amchur powder,. corriander powder, turmeric, pinch of baking soda
. green chillies, carrom and cummin seeds
. garam masala powder
. oil to fry

Method:
Prepare the stuffing of potatoes first. Boil , peel and mash and roast with all the spices as we do for sandwiches. Cut the edges of slices of bread. Prepare the batter of gram flour for dipping. Put salt, red chilli powder, baking soda and carrom seeds into the batter. Put the stuffing between cut slices of bread as sandwiches and dip it into besan batter and deep fry. Now serve with any ketchup.


P.s. baking soda is optional. I personally don’t prefer to add it into the batter. Happy Sunday.
