Open Sandwich

heyyy… another tasty sandwich with lot of nutrition.Its simple to make and taste is also too good. So lets make the tempty sandwich.

Ingredients:

  • two slices of bread
  • 2 tbsp curd
  • 1/2 tsp malai/cream
  • 1/2 tbsp suji/semolina
  • 1/2 tomato,onion,other chopped veggies of your choice
  • mustard seeds
  • salt
  • chaat masala
  • roasted cummin powder
  • 1green chilli

Method:

Chop all the veggies and mix all ingredients and leave it for 15 mins. now suji will get soft.

Pour few drops of oil and flip it . Flame will be low. After a while check whether roasted. Take it out.

Takeba non stick pan ., grease it and put slices of bread . Here I used multigrain bread. Roast little from bith sides. At one side put the mixture as in the pic.

Now serve it with green chutney or ketchup. But it doesn’t need anything. It is very tasty without any sides.
