Sprouts are healthy and tasty and perfect breakfast. It is full of nutrition. There is goodness of sprouts and vegetables .
Ingredients:
- half bowl of mung beans, moth(legumes) and 1/4 th bowl of black gram(chana)
- one cucumber, onion, tomato, apple
- corriander leaves
- green chillies
- salt, black pepper powder,chaat masala
- one lemon
Method:
First of all soak all the grains for 12 hours, then tie it very thin cloth for 12 hours or u can make sprouts in sprout maker but I used to make sprouts as my mom does. After 12 hours sprouts are ready to make . Steamed all the sprouts for 10 mins. It will get soft. Now chop all the veggies and apple . Take a big bowl and put all the sprouts and chopped things. Add lemon juice, salt , black pepper powder,chaat masala, green chilli, corriander leaves. Mix them well and serve it.
