Vermicelli

Vermicelli/jawe  is good, healthy snack option for chhoti bhookh. Whenever you feel hungry or you want something with evening tea it is a good idea.

Ingredients:

one bowl vermicelli
. 1/2 bowl chopped veggies including onion 
   and tomato
. green chillies slit and cut into half 
. 1 tbsp peanuts
. salt, black mustard seeds, curry leaves
. 1/2 lemon
. pinch of chaat masala
. oil for tadka

Method:

First we will boil vermicelli and sieve it in a colander. Saute all veggies as in poha .Then  add boiled vermicelli and lemon and salt. Mix well . Cover it and leave for 2 mins. Season it with chaat masala. Put some roasted peanuts and garnish with corriander leaves. Serve hot.

P.s. when boil vermicelli dont boil too much it will get sticky.
