Poha(flattened rice) is most popular breakfast in India. If taste is getting increased by nutrition then nothing can beat it. Lets make nutritive poha.
Ingredients
. 2 cups poha
. 1/4th cup chopped mix veggies.
. 2 tbsp sweet corn kernels boiled
. 2 tbsp chopped onion
. corriander leaves for garnishing
. 2 tbsp peanuts roasted
. 1 green chilli slit and cut
. kari patta for tadka
. salt, jeerawan, black mustard seeds
. pinch of turmeric powder
. 1 tsp oil
. 1/2 lemon

Method:
Wash poha properly and leave it in a sieve . On poha put salt and turmeric powder.

Put the thick bottom pan on flame. Pour oil . When get heated put mustard seeds, kari patta, green chilli. Then saute all the veggies and sweet corn at low flame till 5 mins. Here I took capsicum, carrot, green peas in veggies. Now add poha into these veggies. Now flame will be high, saute properly for 2-3 mins then cover it and leave for 2 more money mins. Now open it and sqeeze lemon on poha and saute. Poha is ready now season it with jeerawan( special masala). If you don’t have jeerawan you can put chaat masala. Garnish it with chopped onion, corriander leaves and peanuts. Serve it with hot ginger masala tea.
