Every mom has one comman problem, that is what to give their kids which is healthy and tasty. My todays sandwich is nutritive and favourite of kids too. Lets make crispy tasty sandwiches for our kids.
Ingredients:(for one sandwich)
- 2 slices of multigrain bread
- 1 very small tomato, boiled potato, onion, 1/4th cucumber (all thin sliced)
- slice of soya cottage cheese/paneer
- 1tsp of bhujiya(any variant)
- 1tsp of green chutney
- 1tsp of tomato ketchup
- tsp of desi ghee
- very small pinch of salt
- small pinch of pepper

Method:
First put the thick bottom flat pan over the flame. Put bith slices of bread to toast a little from both sides. Apply desi ghee at one side of both slices. Flip slices and apply green chutney over one of the slice and arrange other ingredients (all sliced veggies) on other slice. Now put soya cheese over veggies and then bhujia. Sprinkle pepper. You can sprinke salt also but very little because some of the ingredients are already salty. Flame will be at sim in the whole process.


Now its ready serve it with tomato ketchup. Kids gonna love this.
