White sauce pasta

Ingredients:

  • one bowl any kind of pasta (boiled)
  • 1 tbsp salted butter, wheat flour
  • 2 tbsp mozzarella cheese
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  • oregano
  • one cup col milk

Method:

First take a butter and flour in a pan and saute at low flame for 4-5 mins. Then add milk slowly and very little at a time. Then boil it until thick.

Then add one tbsp grated cheese, salt, pepper, oregano and boiled pasta. Then mix it well and transfer it into baking bowl. Then bake it for 15 mins at 180 degree. Hot cheesy past is ready to serve.
