Lockdown is going on and there is a craving for restaurant food especially snacks so don’t worry here is an easy way to make garlic bread which is tasty as your favorite restaurant.
Ingredients:
- One cup refined flour
- 2 tbsp sour curd
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 tsp ofbaking powder
- 1/2 tsp of baking soda
- 1tsp of sugar and salt each
- 2 tbsp oil
- oregano and chili flakes
- salted butter
- Garlic and coriander leaves
Preparation:
First of all put some water into curd and make it like butter milk. Take a bowl to knead a dough. Put flour, salt, sugar, baking powder, baking soda into bowl. Mix dry ingredients well. Add butter milk and milk and make a dough. Now add oil and knead again. Cover it. Keep it for 1/2 an hour.

Now take 3 tbsp of melted salted butter. Mix chopped 2-3 cloves garlic and chopped coriander leaves into it.

After half an hour spread some oregano and dry refine flour over the platform and flatten the dough over it.


Now apply all the butter mix. Sprinkle chili flakes over it and fold it into half. I didn’t had cheese. If you have cheese grate the cheese before folding it. Now grate some butter over folded bread. Keep it into MWO on convection mode for 10 mins at 200 degree. And don’t forget to pre heat for 10 mins at 200 degree. After 10 mins again keep it for 5 mins at 240 degree.

Here it is. Fresh home cooked garlic bread is ready. Have a happy snacking but don’t step out. Be safe.
