This period is really tough for all of us. But good food can give you some chill. Here is everybody’s favorite fried noodles momos. If you are health conscious you can eat steamed too. Let’s prepare this yummy food.
Ingredients:
- 100 gms noodles
- 1 tsp of soy sauce, vinegar and chili sauce
- salt to taste
- one big chopped onion
- oil
- chopped green chili
For the dough you can refer my earlier post where I made steamed paneer momos. For filling first of all boil noodles and strain it. Now take a pan put two tsp of oil and put chopped onions and saute them unti golden. Add noodles and other ingredients.

Now make small balls of the dough and roll them with rolling pins. Now fill them.
Now steam all the momos for ten minutes.

Now we will fry steamed momos.

And serve hot with schezwan sauce or momos sauce. The recipe of momos sauce had been already uploaded in my earlier post. Enjoy noodles momos. Stay home. Stay safe.
